CVap Flip Door Holding Cabinets are the latest additions to Winston’s CVap holding line. Available in full-size or countertop, they are perfect for KFC operations. Patent-pending magnetic hinges will never let you down, and won’t wear out. Flip up doors stay in place, making refilling and packing easy. See-through doors make it easy to check inventory at a glance. Factory preset controls are plug-and-play simple. Above all, food is held hot until its ready to serve.
CVap HOV7-14SP Holding Cabinet
The CVap HOV7-14SP Holding Cabinet holds up to 14 sheet pans. It’s perfect for high-volume operations. CVap cabinets keep food hot and fresh, for extended periods of time. They’re perfect for fried chicken and hot sides – crisp foods stay crisp, and moist foods stay moist.
The KFC configuration includes pass-through and automatic water fill. You have a choice of either flip-door or window on the top doors. Bottom doors include windows. 5” heavy-duty casters are standard.
CVap HOV7-05SP Holding Cabinet
The CVap HOV7-05SP Holding Cabinet holds up to five sheet pans. It keeps food hot and fresh, for extended periods of time. Hold fried chicken, mashed potatoes, green beans…you name it. Crisp foods stay crisp, and moist foods stay moist.
The KFC configuration includes pass-through and automatic water fill. The front door is a flip door. Rear door can be flip-door or window. With a center drain, this model is designed to sit directly on the countertop (international models may have a different drain configuration).
